They give you a pencil to take the test, but be aware and use a pen. They control the test on the back-end. You would think that they could afford an online test instead.
I'm 43 years old and felt like the only adult at the premises; during the tour the telesales dept was playing snoop dog , and it look like a frat party, I can't believe that they are suppose to handle people's money.

They give you a fake merchant statement to do a rate comparison on that is not even accurate!
