it was fairly simple. you have the phone sceening, then the face to face interview, then the background check then you get the call that your hired and go over details of next training class. The training was a total of 3 months and was very basic, you take personality tests about your work style, etc. You are then put on the phones for the last 2 months to get familiar with your typical work day.

I guess when a company that big, there are always coming and going. The selection process becomes very difficult choosing humans.so, humans needs to think like numbers and be more number that are even to cooperates and I guess that’s where I failed. Definitely a challenging work, but worth, when you make it .. cheers and good luck
