Phone interview consisted of talking about myself and in detail about my work experience for 20-30min. After speaking, the interviewer jumped right into the question. The interviewer never introduced himself or talked about what he did. Spent the next 30 minutes on the problem with radio silence on the other end. He never once bothered to give any input on my thought process as I worked or even tried to help if I was stuck. Very obvious the phone was muted and he was doing his own thing. Says a lot about what the workers here are like.
