PayPal Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

1) First round was written and typing test . Pretty easy round if you know sentence formation with correct grammar then you are through. 2) After calling 15 times HR will receive the call to know your own results and they will Never call you to convey the results which is pathetic to be fair . 3) Once you clear the first round they'll call you for the second round and I got a hiring manager who was busy with his mobile and own work during the whole interview process and in 4-5 days again when I contacted my HR she told I'm not through . I saw people getting shortlisted who can't even speak a simple sentence in English without grammar error but here I'm not shortlisted. So it depends on the hiring manager whether he/she is interested enough to take an interview or only for namesake the interview is being taken to justify their salary in their own mind and in the process destroying somebody's confidence .

3 phone calls, last one over skype with the TL and Manager. Questions about my experience and language skills. They also presented me the responsibilities and task of the position.
