Never got a chance to interview because PayPal recruiters kept playing with me for months.
It was such a waste of time when the role was a perfect fit to my profile. During the whole duration, the role kept switching to different recruiters and never received a confirmation that it was closed or cancelled.
Extremely bad communication practices. Won't recommend PayPal ever.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (Paris) in Jun 2013
Interview
Phone then 3 physical interviews
First I had a first screening phone call with the talent acquisition manager.
Then, I had a phone call with the hiring manager, a few days later.
Then I was called for physical meeting at the office.
Then I met hiring manager and 2 people of the team for three interviews in a row.
Well organized, it was interesting, getting to know a panel of people of the team.
a few days later I was discarded because of better candidates
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PayPal (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
The whole process was soooo long. It took almost 4 months from the screening call to the last step which was getting the background check results. Kroll is so slow on International hires.
