On-line skills assesment test, followed by a phone pre-screening interview where they may test you by being rude, then 3 person to person interviews (typically over a span of 3 visits) they will give you a personality test. **They have a great deal of turn-over**

Describe a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it
I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
