I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paychex (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were set to be three rounds of interviews for this mid-tier sales role. They try to funnel you into accepting before it's over. The first phone meeting will have you schedule rd. 2 (in person) with an office manager. You will shadow the position you're interviewing for and at the end of rd. 2, they ask if you can see yourself succeeding. If you say yes with confidence, they will verbally offer you the job, invite you back for rd. 3 which I understood to be like a first-day on the job -- paperwork, more shadowing.

Interview
It was pretty easy nothing interesting was asked. Perky man called me and talked more about himself . Great opportunity for growth. What is expected is very much explained in the interview.
Told you anything to get you to join the company. Whereas when employed not at all what was promised. A ton of people leave within a short timeframe, due to management
