Paychex Zone Manager interview questions

Really wasn't much of an interview process. An initial interview was scheduled with some rather unconventional questions for roughly 30 minutes. Call went well, and was advised on next steps/timeline. Hiring manager expressed they'd inform me if I'd be moving to the next round or not, however nobody had followed up with me since. Perhaps not the best strategy for retaining top performing employees? Looking forward to exploring new roles outside the enterprise.
