Paycom Account Manager interview questions

Initial phone call with hiring manager, followed by onsite interview at Paycom's Downtown Cleveland office. Experience up to this point was great, but Downtown Cleveland's sales manager went from being a few minutes late to a no-show. Did a 20 minute brief phone interview with him in one of their office spaces, then was requested to come back the next morning to meet with him in person. Moved my schedule around even more to accommodate, and then met with him in person for only an additional 20 minutes where he had this bad vibe. Didn't move on to the next round, but wouldn't have taken it anyways.

Went through an interview with the recruiter and hiring manager and they ghosted me. No idea what went wrong or what they were looking for in a candidate. I followed up a few times but never heard anything back.
