I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2016
Interview
My interview process was very extensive. I first had a brief phone interview, then an on-campus interview, followed by an interview at Paycom HQ. In between my on campus interview and the interview at the office, I had to take multiple tests. A 10 key data entry test, a personality test, an excel test, and a math and reasoning assessment upon arrival of my third interview. All of it went really well, and I was called back a few days later and was told that I was perfect for the position and culture, but due to my graduation date being August instead of May, that "we would need to touch base at a later date" then proceeded to tell me to check the website within the upcoming months for possible openings. They knew my start date from the beginning, so I only wish they wouldn't have had me go through the whole process only to get my hopes up and not get an offer.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2023
Interview
I submitted my application, one of many, and all of my information was saved from the last time. In a very short turnaround, they contacted me for a phone screening. They asked me some simple questions about myself and then gave me a lot of information about the job and Paycom. She said that she would forward me on to the next round and gave me some pointers on how to perform well in the interview stage. I received an email with some suggested material to review and notes on how to interview. My interview happened quickly after that and was just 2 other people and myself sitting at a round table. They asked only about 5 questions and asked if I had any questions. I asked my questions and then left. I got the call offering me the position the next day.
