I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycom (Columbus, OH)
Interview
There were many rounds. Took a good amount of time. Everyone was very respectful. Well worth the time taken. Interviews were over Zoom. I would recommend preparing thoroughly. Ready through the website and company goals
We appreciate your respectful response to the outcome of your interview, and we thank you for sharing your experience and advice with other candidates. Best of luck in your career!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Got recruited and had to make a video about myself and then an interview with hiring manager and then VP of region. The recruiter I worked with was amazing and I stayed in contact with her throughout the internship.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Sep 2018
Interview
Went through 3 interviews. First one was very brief, the recruiter requested I provide some basic information about myself. He forwarded me the official application to obtain more information. Scheduled my second interview with him, no show. He had some travel issues - understandable. Scheduled to have an interview on another day. Made it through the second, now just had third interview, no show again but this time without any explanation. Teach your recruiters to be respectful of your applicants’ time. My experience was so bad that I actually just emailed the recruiter that I am going to seek employment elsewhere.
