Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Tough, but realistic. This interview process allowed me to truly understand what the role was really about, and what I would be doing day-to-day. There was a series of interviews, and even the opportunity to shadow a top rep in the field. I had the chance to see what I would be doing, and ask questions to someone who would be my peer in the role.

Question 1
Professionally speaking, what is your greatest accomplishment?
This company moves extremely quickly when it comes to the interview process. You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
Multi-round process but recruiters do a good job of guiding you through. You start off by talking to a recruiter, move to your potential manager, then to the regional manager.

Question 1
Do you have experience working with C-Level executives?
Welcome to the Paycom team! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we're happy to hear you had a positive experience with our recruiters!
Phone screen - hiring manager - regional manager - peer interview. Hiring manager is the one you want to impress, however the regional manager can veto the decision if you don't impress at all.
