I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Paycom (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Met with a recruiter that guided me throughout my entire process. Had a couple miscues here and there but overall, the stages of the interviews Paycom requires helped me understand the culture and workplace a lot better than just a one time in-person interview. Interviewing process itself is pretty brutal - I had two with a recruiter, one with the office sales manager, and one with Regional VP.
Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.
Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to the team! We’re glad to see that the interview process was informative and thorough, a reflection of the standards we strive to uphold.
Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.
First was recruited by in house recruiter

Question 1
How I handle dissapointment and what ressiliance means to me
They reached out to set up an interview. It was a phone interview that was later cancelled because they said I didn't reply. It was really strange. They never would reply to reschedule.
