Very straightforward interview process. Took about 2 weeks from application to offer. First interview is with a recruiter, just goes over what the job will entail and a basic rundown of your resume. Second interview is a multiple choice test of basic programming concepts and some language-specific questions. Third interview is with a manager, goes in-depth over your resume and asks a programming question whichn you have 10 minutes to complete. The final interview was similar to the third interview. Overall this process was far better than any other interview process I've been through. From the first step of the process, the HR recruiter is in contact with you and giving you updates almost daily.
