Each of the multi-stage interviews provided unique value that pertained to different aspects of the position, which in turn allowed for a thorough understanding of the role and what to expect. There were clear steps for each one, and no redundancy.

This company moves extremely quickly when it comes to the interview process. You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
