I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2021
Interview
Two rounds of interviews, with one round in between to "survey" the interview experience and schedule the second round. Both rounds consist of behavioral questions that are geared towards how you work with a team and you may receive a technical question that showcases leetcode style questions, questions asking the fundamentals of OOP, or a logical question.

3 rounds, but they changed it so it's more rigorous now. I had a inital behavioral plus technical. Then the recruiter phone screen. Then lastly, a behavioral one only. Now its a harder technical I believe and their process takes forever to hear back. Management is a mess and company morale is low

Interview
The interview process at Paycom consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical assessment where I solved a straightforward array manipulation problem. The second round was a phone call with an HR representative, where they provided more details about the role and asked general background questions. The final round was another technical interview, where I was asked to solve a real-world "door visit" logic problem that tested my problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
