There are two rounds, one technical and one behavioral. The technical one was about a relatively easy coding problems and the some questions about concepts of OOP and Database. The second round was mostly questions about my resume.

3 rounds, but they changed it so it's more rigorous now. I had a inital behavioral plus technical. Then the recruiter phone screen. Then lastly, a behavioral one only. Now its a harder technical I believe and their process takes forever to hear back. Management is a mess and company morale is low

The interview process at Paycom consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical assessment where I solved a straightforward array manipulation problem. The second round was a phone call with an HR representative, where they provided more details about the role and asked general background questions. The final round was another technical interview, where I was asked to solve a real-world "door visit" logic problem that tested my problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
