Trying to keep this as unbiased as possible, the recruiter was amazing and helped every step of the process. The hiring managers were great and seemed to care. The problem that I have with the interview was it took so much time to prep and do each interview. There are 4 rounds and two of them are in person (with the last being 4 HOURS). I felt that even though the position is strict and hard, the interview process was very tedious and long. My least favorite part was the final round where there was a lack of communication between the recruiter and the hiring manager. I felt like I was thrown into the fire and asked unreasonable tasks such as cold call for 3 hours and book 3 meetings for the team. I believe this was unfair as I had no direction from the team and even my hiring manager said "oops we should have told you this and that ahead of time." Well I was already an hour and a half into calling and I was FINALLY given advice. The process felt like another job in it of itself and was an overall waste of time. I recommend everyone reading this, do themself a favor and beware of the process before wasting your time and energy,

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
