I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Oct 2023
Interview
This was one of the most friendly processes I have experienced. After meeting the recruiters at my university's career fair, they reached out with an OA. I did that and passed, and it was not that bad and a lot of conceptual questions about OOP and Databases. Then came a technical interview. My guy was really nice and even though I fumbled a few questions, I was willing to learn and see what I did wrong, and the actual technical question was not that bad. Then came a short phone screening with a really nice recruiter, and finally a behavioral that had a few technical verbal questions about OOP. This last one was very relaxed and the lead interviewing me was very friendly.

Multiple rounds first is just multiple choice questions over a certain language and the last is 2 hard coding questions not like leet code. There was a phone call after the leet code and then they give you your results. Around 4 total interviews.
