The interview process was relatively convenient. First I spoke with the HR department about the basics of the company and the position I was applying for. After that I was scheduled for two separate in-person interviews at Paycom headquarters. Each of the in-person interviews was in a small, uncomfortable room however. It would have been nice to see a little more of the building.
