For our store managers we look at a couple different things. We look mostly at personality. Then an interview guide comes in. 2. We take canidates out to the sales floor and have a role play (if you cannot sell shoes don't bother/ that is what WE DO) 3. Question and answer session with the Manager/ Group Leader / District leader.
