Online applications to begin with. If you pass the prescreening prosses you will get a call. If not you have a yellow flag on one of your aswers which males you uneligable unless district manager approves. Interview is mostly average. Laid back. Usually are two people giving the interviews together.

The manager had no idea how to conduct an interview and was super awkward. When I asked what the pay was she refused to answer and straightup dodged the question.

Interview
Very straightforward, casual, and included typical questions. Met with the store manager and interviewed for about 45 minutes, received a call back and offer the next day, then started about a week afterwards.
