Recruiter set up phone interview first, then in-person meeting with hiring manager. Position was posted on job site for more than four months and garnered over 70 applicants for one opening.

Prescreening by recruiter before you move on to an interview by department head. Average type of questions about experience and background. Recruiter was pleasant and engaging, and explained next steps.

It was a very straightforward process with communication in every step. My recruiter was super nice and communicative and kept me up to date in each step. Everyone I had a chance to talk to was super nice and I felt the great company culture.
