The process last very long, it stretched about 3 weeks.
The initial phone screen from recruitment.
Then a 1:1 phone screen with the hiring manager.
Next was an in-person panel review and lunch. That was a half a day ordeal, but nice.
After that a video interview with an executive.
Then another 1:1 phone screen with the hiring manager.
Finally a personality test online.
I invested a lot of time for no job offer, I guess that's the disheartening part. I would have liked to have been told the first week, that way it would save everyone's time.
If I wasn't currently working it wouldn't be that bad, but having a job and having to spend that about of time, plus the time researching the company, it's a huge commitment.
