Interview
First, a phone interview with the General Manager. Then, a presentation for the VP of Sales and Director of Market Specialists on a topic of their choice. Another phone interview with the VP of sales, and finally an in person interview with the General Manager for a verbal offer. The interview process is designed to model the sales process for instructional materials - lengthy and competitive!

Interview
The process consisted of an initial screening interview. The second interview involved a presentation for the management in the state market. Finally, a third phone interview at the corporate level was more of a formality as the questions were more general and the tone indicated that I had been recommended for hire.
