The first interview was with HR which she was late for and took only 30 minutes. She was quick to ask to schedule a follow-up and pushed to do it that week because they were in a hurry. So scheduled face-to-face for 2 days later. Meet with 2 AD and was simple and straight forward they said they will make decision in 2 weeks. It took nearly 6 weeks to get a generic email saying thanks but we have decided to go in a different direction. Throughout that 6 week never did they reach out via phone and by email it took me asking to get any update. Kept blaming schedule of getting everyone together. Should have been honest and to the point after knowing. Thinking back this might have been a good thing since they seem to not be very well organized there
