This was the weirdest interview. While the people were nice, they were entirely disorganized which left a bad taste in my mouth. I had a 30 minute intro interview and a 3 hour long secondary interview. They would not send me a written offer until I verbally accepted and also would not repeat information about 401k matching, etc. Strange.
