Super quick, asked about work experience. Didn't matter that I wasn't super experienced in retail sales. The manager was pretty thorough, district manager was really busy and didn't seem to connected to process, VP of sales was new at the time and pretty fun to talk with.

Interview
Did zoom virtual interview with store manager first. They then scheduled me for 2nd interview with assistant manager. Both went extremely well. Had to wait 30 days due to decision maker being out on PTO. Got the call with a job offer.
