Interview
Quick 8 min call with a recruiter, it was difficult to have a conversation with her, she seemed eager to get off the call, could not describe position or company well at all and what she liked about working there.

Interview
I was contacted for an initial phone screen for 15 minutes. They ask you to provide two weeks worth of availability for 15 minutes because "they are all so busy"; hence, beyond full of themselves right off the bat. Next, my interview was cancelled 30 minutes in advance, and I was asked for another two weeks worth of availability, because a 15 minute phone call that I heavily prepared for was such a bother to them. I was contacted a week later saying they had interviews going that were later in their process so I was so longer wanted. To say this company culture is terribly conceded would be an understatement.
I applied online. I was contacted by a recruiter two days later by email to schedule a phone screen interview. It took briefly 15 mins interview. Basic behavior questions. The recruiter is professional and informative.
