The same day I applied for this role, the recruiting team reached out to schedule an interview. The scheduling process was very streamlined and I very much appreciated the ease and organization of scheduling throughout.
During the fifteen minute phone screen interview, I explained the duties of my current role, and the recruiter efficiently and concisely explained this role's expectations and gave a brief overview of Peleton's great culture - as well as the culture of the Peleton legal team. I was excited to move forward to the next round: meeting with the hiring manager for a thirty minute video interview (social distancing).
The hiring manager for this role was thorough in explaining the expected job duties and did an excellent job at selling Peleton as a great place to work - I know I would have enjoyed working at Peleton.
The next step in the process was to complete a standard legal assignment. Unfortunately, Peleton's timeline ultimately did not align with my job search timeline, and I had to withdraw from the interview process to accept another offer.
Still, I recommend interviewing with this company and enjoyed my experience with the recruiting and legal teams.
