I applied online, got a phone call from HR which was an informal phone interview. Then an in-person interview was scheduled. The interview with HR was a typical HR style interview. Formal questions, not conversational at all with minimal response when I gave answers. I had a better experience with the hiring manager, which felt like a two-way proper conversation.

Interview
the interview process was very detailed and extensive, around 5 interviews. The first interview was with HR, the next stage is with the Commercial Director and the last interview was with the CEO.
