Question 1
Describe a time you encountered conflict in the workplace and how you worked to resolve it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Penguin Random House (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Through an online platform where you record answers and they are sent to employers. I was told they would get back to me after a week. 4 weeks later and I've had no response, even after sending chase-up e-mails. I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Penguin Random House (New York, NY)
Interview
Met with the HR person and then the person I would be assisting. I did take test on Photoshop and InDesign which was surprising but made sense for the position.
