Had an interview with a panel of individuals from different departments who all asked scripted questions. Asked about background and situation questions. A week later asked to come to campus for a interview with the same people. Had to make a presentation on how to make their website better. Kind of happy I wasn’t offered the job. I pointed out a mobile app they had and no one knew they had an app. Very disorganized and unprofessional at times. Was also asked for references which they never contacted. Put in a lot of work for this interview and traveled over five hours for and spent a lot of money on travel, meals and a hotel and never heard from them.
