I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Penn State in Aug 2024
Interview
Don't bother applying. They're just like every other unprofessional company, showing their true colors when the market gives them a bit of leverage. After applying, instead of scheduling an interview, they request pre-screenings to further weed out candidates. They also use the screenings to reveal that the salary range is substantially lower than what was listed in the job posting. They clearly don't respect candidates enough to offer the dignity of an actual two-way interview.
