Very brief. The job itself was not described accurately, nor were the requirements (take classes weekly for an entire school year, have a mentor). At the same time, the interviewer was honest about the low pay and the minimal chance for professional development or career advancement at Penn State. Was not introduced to the actual individuals who would be assessing my progress and making all decisions regarding my work at PSU.
