Applied at the end of last year, got a call from an HR Representative that same afternoon. All went well, I am more than qualified for the position, however the hiring Parts Manager based out of Davie, FL did not answer any of my formal emails regarding my concerns and inquiries towards this specific position. It is also fair to say I was encouraged by the HR Team to get into contact with the Parts Team to present myself and gain some exposure before moving on to the next step of the interview process. I felt this was a complete lack of consideration and professional courtesy. I was fairly disappointed.
