There were 2 rounds of interviews. One was with a hr coordinator from a different region. They use an interview template to ask basic behavioral questions. The second round was with the warehouse lead and are HR Rep. Mainly STAR method question

Tell me about a time you had to overcome a challenge
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
