Interview
1 Psychometric test-PepsiCo came to out campus ie NIT Rourkela to hire from ME and EE branches .First, there was a psychometric test in which 52 questions were asked, most of them were repetitive and tested skills of working in a group and leadership skills.This was done in a website named CEB SHL.30 students had applied for this process and 21 got selected for the next round ie the GD round.
2.GD round-In the GD groups made were taking some from EE and ME and general discussion topics were taken up.Two of these were- social media boon or bane?, Should India battle to become a developed country.This round tested only speaking skills and ones with decent communication skills got through.12 were selected from EE and 4 from ME for the interview round.
3.Interview round- interviews were easy and general questions

Interview
The interviewers made the interview process very comfortable and friendly. The interview process was mostly like having a conversation with a peer. Mostly resume based and behavioral questions were asked.
Applied through University, 1st round is coding round, got selected. 2nd one is Technical , done well too. Last is the HR round, this where i haven't performed well. Should have done better in this HR Round.
It totally depends on the interviewer.First round can be technical or a normal discussion. There are 2 rounds.First round is explaining about our projects and going through our resume.Second round is HR.
