The first step was to record a virtual resume using a third party platform. In this I had to answer four questions that were not previously given to me and had two chances to answer each. I was then called for an in person interview where I was asked situational questions.

Interview
Great process and easy to work through. They had different levels of interviews to help get to know the organization and if it will be a good cultural fit. Very organized overall however does take a long time in the process.
Very slow process, took weeks to get a reaction. Good experience overall. You will get invited for the first interview, which is most about deciding what kind of person you are and if you fit in the company. If that goes well you will get a second interview with different people and this time they are going to ask you more specific questions based on the function you applied to.
