I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
I received an interview based through my school's on-campus recruiting process. They took you out to dinner the night before, and that is where a lot of evaluation takes place. The people seem very laid back and joked around a lot.

There were some mini-case questions. There is a mother of three, who makes 40K, what brands does she buy and how would you communicate with her?
The process was smooth and straightforward. Questions were typical marketing interview questions focused on past experience and cross-functional collaboration. The interviewers were friendly and professional, and communication was clear with quick follow-ups.

behavioural questions, such as how do you deal with conflicts? how do you take other's feedback?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX) in May 2017
Interview
Rigorous interview process, I was asked to do 5 interviews with executives before getting the offer, however, I liked that. The interviews were long and each interviewer probed on different things (analytical ability, problem solving, financial acumen (yes, even for a marketing role this is a critical skill), behavioral, leadership & impact in my prior roles.
