I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Columbia, SC) in Nov 2018
Interview
Easy and very laid back. They really try and get to know you and see how you would fit with the company. Not really looking for right or wrong answers.
There were two rounds with similar questions each. Centered around their Great5 - growth, relationships, execution, agility, thinking. They left a lot of time for you to ask questions. Both were virtual.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Wilmington, MA)
Interview
The process was a total of around 5 conversations with different people. They asked a broad range of questions from very generic HR questions to job-specific questions. I met with local area managers as well as corporate folks.
Easy situation based questions, then an open q and a session. Not very descriptive job description. Applied online, regional company so you can basically work from wherever, but it is hands on, not virtual
