Had an on campus interview, then was invited to an onsite interview at FritoLay in Killingly, CT. Was told I would hear back 5 days or less after the interview, but received an automated rejection email over 2 weeks later.

Name a time when you had to make a difficult decision with having incomplete information on the situation.
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
