Interview
The interview process started from talking to Pepsi at a college career fair. From there I did an on-campus interview and then a second-full interview about a week or so later. The first and second-round interviews consisted of behavioral style interview questions. The second-round also included a resume-review presentation, which gives a good opportunity to showcase more about yourself.

Describe a time you had to balance many different projects/tasks
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
