I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2010
Interview
I applied for the internship through my college career center. I had to send in my resume along with a cover letter. I was selected for an interview and interviewed on campus. The interview consisted of a number of behavioral questions as well as work experience questions. The hardest question was to describe an ethical dilemma that I have faced while on the job. The interview took roughly 30 minutes and seemed to go well, but I never heard back from them. They were unresponsive to follow up emails. I got the impression that the company requires long hours and 50+ hour weeks.

Question 1
How do you balance conflicting deadlines/timelines?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Columbia, SC) in Sep 2022
Interview
Very conversational and mostly relaxed. Basic behavioral questions using STAR method. Sometimes felt a little rushed, but overall was okay. Interviewers were hard to read so it could be uncomfortable at some points.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had multiple deadlines. How did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Bergen op Zoom) in Jan 2018
Interview
Great personable interview process. Applied and interviewed in person shortly after. Recruiters cared to learn about me and not just checking off the boxes. They wanted to see if I was a good culture fit as much as I wanted to see if I could fit in.
