Very positive interview process, the scheduling was very easy with Chester. Good Communication between Human Resources and got valuable feedback. The questions requires real work eperience examples. Servant leader style of management at the plant.

Typical 5 star process the hiring manager was very 1. 2. 3. She seemed nervous and u sure but all and all was okay. She ask about 3 questions looking for the problem I faced and how I overcame it in the work enviorment.

it was a one - on - one zoom call that lasted about 15 minutes. It was straight forward with about 5-8 questions and then sharing info about the position.
