I applied to PepsiCo India through campus placements. The process consisted of a Psychometric test, a Group Discussion and then Personal interview. My interview started with general HR questions. They wanted to know whether I really wanted the managerial profile they were offering and whether I have any relocation constraints. The technical questions were simple. They were mostly about electronic devices.
