A virtual interview at first with no-one behind the screen. If they liked your interview they will schedule a Zoom Interview with you with the talent acquisition team member and the hiring manager.
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
