I worked as a temp employee for several years and was then approached about becoming a fulltime employee with the company. Met with the manager and they told me they would be negotiating to hire. That was it. Heard back in 3 weeks with an offer - no negotiations took place.

Prescreening interview with an Human Resources team member. Interview with team lead that you will work under. Interview with multiple team members you would interact with on a daily basis. Interview with senior leader. Final interview with decision maker.

Interview
The process was average and very interesting. 2 panel members and 10 Behavorial questions. I would suggest to research the company prior to the interview and make sure to have follow up questions.
