I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Purchase, NY) in Feb 2009
Interview
PepsiCo hires around 20 marketing analysts each year, 10 MBAs, and around 10 undergrads (at target schools like Penn, Stern, Yale, Harvard, etc). Interview was 30 minute long with a brand manager. Mostly asked fit questions, and run-through of your resume. Do your homework! Make sure to know about Pepsi's past ad campaigns... they will ask questions such as "What's your favorite TV ad at the Superbowl" This is easy if you've given thought about it (or if you even watch the ads at all).
After 30 minutes, I was offered a second round interview. Then an offer was made.
La verdad fue bastante rara; me entrevistaron 2 personas del equipo a la vez, pero se veía que no tenían muy buena relación en equipo, no había química entre ellos y difícilmente los veía trabajando juntos, desde ahí no me latió pertenecer al equipo.

Question 1
Experiencia sobre los trabajos anteriores, más que nada.
The interview process was great! It starts off with more emotional intelligence / behavioral questions with a mix of questions about you and your goals. As you get further into the process they start handing you more questions about what you would do in the role in certain situations.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Winston-Salem, NC) in May 2019
Interview
They set up an initial phone interview via email and that lasted about 25 minutes. A couple days later they called me back to set up an in-person interview scheduled for an hour. It was a group interview with 3 interviewers against me questions. All were fair and respectful.
