My experience was very relaxed and conversational. No crazy curveball questions. Pretty basic. Be prepared to go through your resume in detail and answer questions about past roles. Overall positive experience, the people who work at PepsiCo are really awesome.
The first stage of the interview was a quick background check with the recruiter.
The next stage was just behavioral questions to have a better understanding of your prior experience, lasted roughly 30 minutes.

Typical 5 star process the hiring manager was very 1. 2. 3. She seemed nervous and u sure but all and all was okay. She ask about 3 questions looking for the problem I faced and how I overcame it in the work enviorment.

Explain a time when you something wasnt working and you had to find a solution for the problem.
it was a one - on - one zoom call that lasted about 15 minutes. It was straight forward with about 5-8 questions and then sharing info about the position.
