I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview process is a structured interview. All questions are experience based, so any and all examples that you can provide are best. They understand that your work experience is limited at the college level, so use examples from clubs, activities, and all other leadership experience. Overall, be calm and let your personality and competence shine through.

Question 1
They asked for many examples of overcoming obstacles and adversity. At age 20, I honestly had not had much relevant experience with which to answer this. Make sure you have something in your back pocket.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
